Directions:

  1. Peel and seed cucumbers.
  2. Grate and drain well.
  3. Grate onion and beat with cucumbers and cream cheese.
  4. Add enough sour cream to achieve dip consistency.
  5. Flavor with salt and cayenne pepper and add food coloring if used.
  6. Serve with vegetable tray.
