Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 dash green food coloring

Directions:

  1. Pare, grate, and drain cucumber. Combine with remaining ingredients in food processor.
  2. Serve chilled.
  3. I like to serve it on Carrs water crackers.
