Directions:

  1. Mix in a pot all ingredients except yogurt & lemon juice
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Simmer until tender
  4. Add lemon juice
  5. Blend 60% of mixture in blender
  6. Serve with a couple spoonfuls of 1.5% fat yogurt
