Hearty Cream Of Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Precook chicken, I slow cooked mine for 3 hours at 250 the day before and used the leftovers (about 3 cups)
  2. In a pan saute onions with margarine
  3. Add chicken, and broth bring to a boil
  4. Mix flour and water add to pot, stir gently
  5. Add remaining vegetables, salt, pepper and parsley
  6. Simmer for 30 minutes
  7. Add cream
  8. Serve and enjoy!
