Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil beef ribs for two hours, with water just over the beef
  2. Add black pepper, and 1 tbps salt to taste
  3. Once it boils, turn stove into minimum heat
  4. After 90 mins put in chopped potatoes, chopped plantains
  5. Add 1 1/2 glass water
  6. Boil for 15 mins
  7. Add chopped cabbages(remove hard part at the middle), chinese cabbages (w/o stem), onion chopped into halves.
  8. Lower down heat to minimum, wait five minutes
  9. Season to taste
  10. Serve very hot, and steamy...
  11. Shhhhhppp....
  12. Prepare your fish sauce with lime or calamansi
