Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice beef thinly across the grain. Marinate in 1 tbsp. soy sauce while getting everything else ready.
  2. Mix together broth, soy sauce, cornstarch & ginger. Heat oil over med high, add vegetables, cook 3-4 minutes stirring constantly. Remove.
  3. Add beef, stir fry 3-5 minutes. Push to edge of pan. Stir sauce mixture, pour into pan, cook until thick and bubbly. Return veggies to pan, coat well & heat through.
