Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spritz a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the apples, blueberries, and lemon juice, and mix well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flours, raisins, cinnamon, orange rind, apple juice, honey and oil. spread this mix. over the fruit.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the apples are tender.
