Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 medium carrots , thinly sliced on bias
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
  2. Add 6 medium carrots, thinly sliced on bias.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed.
  4. Cover; simmer 10 to 12 minutes or till tender.
  5. Serves 6.
