Ingredients:

  • 4 medium carrots, cut in 1-1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook carrot pieces in water to cover for 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain; return to pan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; let butter melt, then toss to coat.
