Ingredients:

  • 6 medium carrots
  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Slice carrots.
  2. Simmer, covered, in salted water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; toss with carrots.
