Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Pare carrots; cook in 1 water, covered about 8 minute.
  3. Drain and arrange in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and dot with butter.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Crumble rosemary over top
  6. Bake covered about 25 min or until tender.
