Basic but Delicious Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 eggs or 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Place in greased 8 x 4 loaf pan.
  4. Bake 40-50 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
