Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1tsp soy sause
  • 1/2tsp grated gingerroot

Directions:

  1. Preheat both sideds of grill on HIGH for 10 minutes.
  2. Tear off 18-inch square of heavy foil.
  3. Place mushrooms in foil; dot with butter.
  4. Sprinkle with soy and ginger.
  5. Seal tightly.
  6. Turn both sides of grill to MEDIUM.
  7. Place mushrooms on grids; close hood and cook for 10 minutes, turning once.
  8. Serves 3 to 4.
