Banana Zucchini  Spelt Bread With Rainier Cherries

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together flours, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  3. In another bowl beat 4 eggs.
  4. Add the sugar, oil, applesauce, vanilla, and mashed banana to the eggs.
  5. Combine the west and dry mixtures.
  6. Stir untill combined.
  7. Fold in zucchini and stir in rainier cherries.
  8. Pour into two 2 greased loaf pans.
  9. Back untill golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Approx 45 minutes.
