Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line muffin tins with muffin liners, spray with a vegetable spray.
  2. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients, Stir in walnuts. Set aside.
  3. Add the mashed bananas, beaten eggs, buttermilk and the extracts. Fold into the dry ingredients.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees.
