Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup. self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. veg oil
  • 1/ 3 cup. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup. mashed bananas

Directions:

  1. Combine the above ingredients and bake in a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan for 65 to 70 min at 350
