Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Measure out the 2 cups of milk and add 1 cup of oats (instant or old-fashioned) to the milk.
  2. Beat egg whites till stiff.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together and add the egg yolks, milk, and oats. Mix well.
  4. Fold in egg whites. Batter will be on the thin side.
