Banana Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/3 cups bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until done.
