Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x9 pan
  2. Cream brown sugar and butter together
  3. Add egg, buttermilk, baking soda, orange juice, & bananas
  4. Add flour gradually
  5. Scrape batter in to pan
  6. Top with granola / glazed nuts
  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
