Banana Buttermilk Crumble Bread

A perfect bread to make on an autumnal afternoon as the warmth and scent from the oven fills the house. Enjoy this for breakfast through the week, or at least a couple days :)
Ingredients:
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. orange juice
2 c. flour (i substituted 2/3 c. chick pea flour)
3 medium over ripe bananas (if you can remember to freeze and thaw them ahead of time, that works best.)
1/2 c. granola or glazed nuts
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x9 pan
2. cream brown sugar and butter together
3. add egg, buttermilk, baking soda, orange juice, & bananas
4. add flour gradually
5. scrape batter in to pan
6. top with granola / glazed nuts
7. bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
