  2. Mix sugar and butter; Add eggs, bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla; beat med speed until smooth
  3. Stir in sifted flour, baking soda, salt.
  4. Pour batter into pan
  5. Bake 8in loaf-1 hour
  6. /14- 1 1/4 hour
  7. Mini- 30 mins
  8. Wrap in foil as soon as it comes out of oven
