Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the orange juice, orange zest, and banana in a saucepan; bring the mixture to a boil. Stir the oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 1 minute. Take it from the pan and let it stand, uncovered, for another minute.
  2. Spoon it to individual bowls, add some milk and garnish with 1 or 2 of the orange segments.
