Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Over medium-high heat, boil the potatoes in enough water to cover until tender.
  3. Drain and return to the pot, add the butter and mash; season to taste.
  4. Turn the potatoes out into a large baking dish, top with blue cheese and the bacon.
  5. Place in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and the potatoes are heated through.
