Ingredients:

  1. Heat oven in 180 degrees..
  2. 1. cut potato thinly used potato slicer in round shape or according to the potato shapes, soak it in the water to avoid discoloration.
  3. 2. cut onions in round shape, thinly
  4. 3. boil the stock, and simmer for 5 minutes; then add the milk and continue stirring in 5 minutes or until stock will thicken.
  5. 4.heat little oil, enough to wet the pan and sautee onion( its best to caramelized it)
  6. B the pan 4x9 with an olive oil
  7. 6. lay the potato nicely, sprinkle salt and pepper on top, onion, cheese, and pour the stock on top...it should be repeated 3 times.
  8. 7. any left for stock; pour it on top of the last layer; covered with cheese and sprinkle with oregano flakes. drizzle with olive oil.
  9. 8. bake it for 25 minutes or until the stock is gone and potato are cook.
  10. It's best to avoid it turning into brown, and too dry. little creamy is best.
