Baked Potato-Onion Wrap-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium onions (try to find onions that are about the same diameter as the potatoes.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice each potato, crosswise, into 4 thick slices.
  3. Slice each onion, crosswise, into 3 thick slices.
  4. Put potatoes together, placing an onion slice between each of the potato slices.
  5. Wrap potato tightly in foil.
  6. Bake 1 hour.
