  1. Rinse chicken pieces; pat dry.
  2. Place butter in shallow dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in shallow dish.
  4. Dip pieces in butter, then in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
