Baked Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Slice cheese into about six slices (I like to use dental floss to do this).
  4. Brush each round with oil and dredge in crumb mixture.
  5. Place rounds on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake about 5 minutes until golden and hot but not yet melted.
  7. Allow to cool a few minutes before gently removing from the pan.
