Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. skim milk
  • 1/2 cup. egg beaters
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp splenda
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat together milk, egg beaters, salt and splenda. Pour into custard cups. Place cups in a pan with hot water nearly to the top of the custard line. Sprinkle each with nutmeg and bake at 325 for about 40 to 55 minutes. makes 4 servings.
