Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp. of flour
  • 1 cup splenda
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Place in blender ingredients in order until cheese.
  2. Blend all ingredients, and then add in cottage cheese a little at a time. Then add in sugar also slowly. Raise blender speed to maximum and let blend about 3 minutes or so.
  3. Pour into sprayed 9 pan or small rectangle pan. Divide into 8 servings
