Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until frothy.
  2. Cover and chill.
  3. Best if made a little in advance and refrigerated.
