Baked Creamy Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients except cheese.
  2. Cook over boiling water for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour into buttered baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
