Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove insides from whole chicken.
  3. Rinse in sink with warm water, pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Season, if desired.
  5. Spray pan and foil with Pam, or similar product.
  6. Place chicken in pan, breast up.
  7. Cover pan with foil.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes per pound. (ie 3 lb chicken cooks for 1 hr).
