Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with half of the lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with feta cheese and the remaining lemon juice.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley.
