Baked Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

  • 7 quarts popped corn
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Boil sugar, butter, syrup, and salt for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add baking soda.
  2. Stir quickly and pour over popped corn, until all corn is covered.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring often.
