Baked Banana and Coconut Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius.
  2. Grease cake tin or oil it.
  3. Place all ingredients in tin and stir.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
