Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bacon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425. (I use small, upper oven).
  2. Place bacon strips single file on broiler pans or baking pan with wire rack. Bake first side for 9 minutes, flip, second side for 5 minutes.
  3. Will likely have to do two batches. On hot pan, bake first side for 8 minutes and second for 5 minutes.
