Bacon and Cheese Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Beat egg; add milk, baking powder and cheese.
  2. Mix well and spread on bread slices.
  3. Place a strip of bacon on top; place under broiler and cook until golden brown.
