Ingredients:

  • 2 can beer
  • 2 can water
  • 6-8 piece ears of corn
  • 1 piece medium zucchini
  • 1 lb large shrimp with shells

Directions:

  1. In a large dutch oven, bring beer and water to a boil.
  2. Add sausage, cover and simmer for 15 minutes
  3. Add corn, cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add zuchini and shrimp. Cook d3-5 minutes, covered.
  5. Heap all on a platter.
  6. Serve with ramekins of melted butter, lots of napkins and beer to drink!
