Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the eggs into halves crosswise.
  2. Remove the yolks.
  3. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each egg-white so it can stand upright.
  4. Add next 7 ingredients to the yolks.
  5. Beat smooth.
  6. Spoon into the egg-white shells, forming a small mound on each.
  7. Decorate each with a caper.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Makes 12 servings.
