Hard or Soft Boiled Egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • ice

Directions:

  1. Fill a small sauce pan with water and put egg(s) in the water. Also fill a bowl with ice and cold water and set aside.
  2. Set stove on high heat.
  3. Once boiling, let it boil for 15 minutes for hard boiled or 5 minutes for soft boiled.
  4. Move the egg(s) to ice water right away and let them chill for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.:).
