Aunt Pat's Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 3 cups bisquick

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients well.
  2. If you desire add 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts and mix well.
  3. Heat oven to 350.
  4. Pour into well greased 9 x 5 x 2 1/2 pan.
  5. Bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Crack in top is typical.
