Mom's Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Add eggs, beat well.
  3. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Pour into loaf pan.
  5. Sprinkle walnuts over top.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Keep in pan 10 minutes then put on wire rack until completely cooled.
  8. Muffins- 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
  9. Mini Muffins- 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
