Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs one at a time beating after each one.
  4. Add yogurt, bananas, and vanilla and beat.
  5. Add flour, salt, and baking soda- beat just until mixed- not too much.
  6. Add quick oats and pecans and stir with a spoon.
  7. Pour into bread pan and bake for about 1 hour.
