Frosty Peach Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) can canned peaches, drained , liquid reserved , 1 tbsp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp reserved peach juice
  • 1 tsp corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Chop peaches and stir into the butter and sugar mixture.
  4. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Pour into pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove loaf from pan.
  8. Cool completely on wire rack.
  9. When cooled, spread glaze over it.
