Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cucumbers lengthwise, remove seeds, cut accross in slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, sliced mint.
  3. Season with black pepper and salt.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Serve in individual bowls.
  6. Decorate with lemon slices and mint leaves.
