Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 3 1/3 cup
  • 1 cup oats

Directions:

  1. Mix acording to bag instuc.
  2. Add cup whole oats to mix
  3. Cut apple into 6 pcs put in middle of each when mix is in the muffin tin
  4. Spice as desired (I used cinnimun and nutmeg in the mix and a little sprinkel of cocoa powder on top when they are just out of the oven; so good!!!)
