Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon and stir until well combined.
  2. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  3. Cut 4 squares of parchment paper.
  4. Fold each square in half and open each and place 1 cup apple near the fold.
  5. Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over apple and top with blueberries then drizzle syrup evenly over fruit.
  6. Fold paper and seal edges with narrow folds then place packets on baking sheets.
  7. Bake at 425 for 8 minutes.
