Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in onion and apple; stir/saute 7 minutes or until mixture begins to brown.
  3. Spoon mixture into a large bowl.
  4. Add potato and remaining 5 ingredients to the bowl; toss well to mix.
  5. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil in skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add apple mixture and pat into an even layer in skillet.
  7. Cook, without stirring, 2 minutes.
  8. Stir gently, cook 2 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown.
  9. Serve right away.
