Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese, parm, shrimp on high mixer for about 10 minutes...it will eventually tear apart the shrimp (or cut it up first if you want)
  2. When mixture gets to the consistancy you want then add the bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese and mix for a minute.
  3. Take your mushroom caps and put as much spinach as you want on the cap...then add the shrimp mixture.
  4. Broil on low for 10 minutes
  5. Broil on HIGH for 4-5 minutes
  6. Add diced tomato on top for presentation and added nutrition.....YUMMY......
