Apo's Shrimp Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Mix cream cheese, parm, shrimp on high mixer for about 10 minutes...it will eventually tear apart the shrimp (or cut it up first if you want) When mixture gets to the consistancy you want then add the bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese and mix for a minute. Take your mushroom caps and put as much spinach as you want on the cap...then add the shrimp mixture. Broil on low for 10 minutes Broil on HIGH for 4-5 minutes Add diced tomato on top for presentation and added nutrition.....YUMMY......
Ingredients:
5 medium mushroom caps
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup of parmesian cheese
1 1/2 cups spinach
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
16 large shrimp
1 cup diced tomato
Directions:
